Sasha Karasinska

Before I started to teach yoga I spent 10 years in corporate business working in supply chain, sales and consultancy. I traveled the world, made connections, lived in different places. Now I am a mom of two and we are not on the same page with the corporate world.

My background as a yoga teacher: I’ve been a longer time yoga practitioner before we got the pandemic hit in 2020. People were forced to stay at home and some of my former colleagues and friends asked me if I could teach them some yoga. We started to meet online and never stopped since then.

My primary yoga teacher is Jason Crandell and I’ve been also a student of his senior students (Julia Hyde, Adam Hocke). The other teachers that formed my yoga worldview: Richard Rosen, Maty Ezraty, Judith Lasater.

What I teach: my classes are focused and structured, they are rather technical and slow, though all my classes contain a flow component. I give options and offer modifications. I appreciate props and treat them as a part of the yoga practice. I teach flow, gentle flow, hatha and beginners.
