Yoga Corner collects these personal data of the students that are buying the memberships/class packs and taking yoga classes at Yoga Corner (the “Students”), in order to keep a file of its members, to exercise the payment orders, and for the administration of issued Yoga Corner class packs and memberships. Yoga Corner will also use the personal data to keep the Students informed about Yoga Corner’s activities, and possible changes in, e.g., the class schedule. If the Student does not want to receive any communication from Yoga Corner, he can opt-out by sending an e-mail to: info@yogacorner.nl. The Student is informed that in such a case he may not be able to make use of Yoga Corner’s services. Without prior written consent, Yoga Corner will never transfer any personal data of the Students to a third party or use it differently that indicated in this Privacy Policy.
3. Data changes or removal. At the Student’s request, Yoga Corner will correct, add or remove the collected data of the Student. This may result in the Student no longer being able to use the services of Yoga Corner. Student can also update his personal information himself using his customer account.
4. Minors. Children below 16 years old are not allowed to transfer their personal data to Yoga Corner without the permission of their parents/guardians.
5. Newsletter. While being subscribed to Yoga Corner Newsletter the Student can always unsubscribe at any time.
