    Whether you are brand new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner or maybe a yoga teacher preparing to teach beginners, this class will help you understand the basics of yoga postures, transitions, breathwork. You will learn to apply key principles of alignment to poses and movements while taking into account the various considerations of your body.

  • gentle

    Gentle Flow is a soft, flowing practice that links together poses with the breath and requires less strength and endurance than a regular flow class.

    This class is ideal after a workout or a run as well as after a hard working day.

  • flow I

    Flow I is a vinyasa-based practice that connects breath and movement. These classes typically move through a warm-up and Sun Salutations into strategically sequenced postures, working toward a particular peak pose or targeting a specific body part.You will flow from pose to pose via transitions and grow familiar with the sequence as it builds up over multiple repetitions.

  • yin

    Yin is a class designed to gently nurtue your body while inspiring your mind. In this soothing session, we'll ease into deep yin poses to stretch and release tension. As we hold a pose, gentle music and inspiring words will help you to guide and ease your mind.

  • hatha

    Hatha yoga is about finding balance. The class involves the sequence of yoga postures, breathing techniques, and meditation. You will hold the postures longer than in the flow class, take the time to learn the alignment and explore your body awareness.

  • flow II

    Flow II is a fun, faster-paced, vinyasa-based practice that will make you feel like you are dancing on the mat. Building on Flow I, Flow II challenges you to move through transitions more fluidly, and to stay connected with your breath even as your heart rate goes up. Focusing on the connection between breath and movement, there will always be times for breaks and for diving more into the breath.
